Domaine de Chèrouche, L'Ayentôt 2018 – A Chasselas blend coming from the Valais region, with vines on very steep slopes planted on a mixture of schist and quartz soils. Fresh, lifted, with a strong Alpine influence.

Markus Ruch, Klettgau Amphore 2019 – Müller-Thurgau aged on its skins in clay amphora for almost a year. Incredibly old vines are planted on limestone rich soils and farmed organically. Bright acidity, herbaceous, with layers of preserved lemon and chamomile tea.

Oswald + Ruch, Cidre Birne 2020 – A pear cider born out of a project between Markus Ruch and Benni Oswald, focusing on ancient Swiss orchard fruit varieties. Delicate, highly drinkable and fruit-forward – unlike any other cider you've had before, think of these bottles as the Grand Crus, Champagnes or Burgundies or the cider world.
