Selvadolce

Selvadolce Bianco 2022

What a wine! After losing about 70% of his usual yield to drought, Aris Blancardi chose to blend his Vermentino and Pigato, before the wine underwent lengthy ageing on its lees in steel and concrete. The end result is a luscious, deep gold wine with a silky body and incredibly aromatic profile – think the crust of a crème brûlée, toasted hazelnuts, roasted lemon peel, honey and almonds. Fans of bigger style Chardonnays, richer Rieslings, and nutty Jura whites should be all over this!
